Before opening Linda Holt Interiors, Linda spent 25 years as a professional photographer with a studio in Boston. Her specialties were head shots and portfolios and she loved the challenge of helping people look their very best.

“The fact is, most of us don’t look like a Super Model and most of us don’t have an unlimited decorating budget. What I loved about head shots is the same thing I love about Decorating and Staging. I love the challenge of working with what I am given and creating beautiful spaces that are a joy to spend time in.”

Linda is certified in both Redesign and Home Staging (IRIS) and is a member of the Interior Design Society (IDS). She completed the Interior Design program through North Shore Community College and earned her “True Color Expert” Certification through internationally acclaimed Colorist, Maria Killam.

She currently serves on the Benjamin Moore Color Advisory board and in May 2011 was chosen by Elle Décor Magazine as their featured “Designer Of The Day”. You can find her in the Elle Décor designer registry.

In January 2012, Linda was the 1^st place winner in a Color Competition sponsored by the website Colourlovers. She was awarded a full scholarship to study in Los Angeles with international Color Guru Leatrice Eiseman, the director of the Pantone Color Institute. While there she received her second Color Expert Certification through the Eiseman Center For Color Information and Training.
