Home Staging is simply “packaging” your home so that it will appeal to more buyers and ultimately get you the high offers you want. Todays buyers are very picky and it is our goal to help you accentuate your homes positives, while down playing any negatives. We want buyers to fall in love with your home the moment they walk in the door and home staging is the best way to reveal your home’s “wow” factor.
Fee’s
D.I.Y. Staging Consult: $179.00
This is for the motivated home seller who would like guidance and suggestions but plans to do all the work on their own. A 60-90 minute walk through will begin the process of preparing your home for sale. The goal will be to accentuate the positive features of your property. The DIY consult will include, general staging tips, paint color selection, minor repairs or upgrade recommendations, and a list of additional staging décor (if needed).
Consultation and Same Day Staging: Silver Package: $347.00
After a walk through of all interior spaces, and in conjunction with you, we will begin to edit and create new space plans to bring out the best features in your home. We will work on the most challenging rooms first and progress as time allows. A comprehensive “to do” list will be provided as well as paint color suggestions, a list of recommended repairs or upgrades, additional furniture and decluttering instructions, and a list of recommended purchases to enhance your staged rooms. (half day)
Consultation and Staging: Gold Package $597.00
Day 1: during the first visit, a comprehensive, room by room list will be created for you including, curb appeal recommendations, paint color and minor repair/upgrade recommendations, general editing/decluttering instructions, and a list of additional décor items that may be needed to enhance staging. Please let us know if you would like assistance with shopping as we will be happy to quote for this service.
Day 2: when you have completed all the recommended pre-staging work, we will return to physically stage the priory 4-6 rooms as identified on day one. At this time we will create new space plans, style surfaces, hang art work, and create the wow factor buyers are looking for.
